Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy
Economizer LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects every marketplace seller to use product names, photographs, descriptions, trademarks, logos and other content only when authorized to do so.
What can be reported?
Rights holders may report listings or marketplace content that they believe infringes copyright, trademark or other applicable intellectual property rights.
Information to include
A report should identify the protected work or right, identify the marketplace material in question, provide the reporting party contact details, explain the basis of the claim and include any authorization information needed to understand the request.
Review and marketplace action
Economizer LLC may review the report, request more information, restrict or remove content, contact the seller, preserve relevant records and take account action where appropriate under marketplace rules and applicable law.
Good-faith reporting
Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. Submitting misleading or abusive claims can delay review and may result in additional action where permitted.
How to submit a report
Send the relevant details through the Contact page or to support@economizerllc.com with a clear subject identifying the intellectual property concern.
