1. Marketplace role

Economizer LLC provides an online marketplace that enables users to discover, list, buy, and sell products. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific transaction, products may be offered by independent sellers, and the seller is responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and fulfillment of its listings.

Economizer LLC may provide platform tools, payment support, customer support, return workflows, dispute assistance, and other services without becoming the manufacturer or owner of every product listed.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Keep login credentials confidential and use reasonable security precautions.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported and verified.
• Users must meet any legal age or capacity requirements that apply in their jurisdiction.

3. Buying on Economizer LLC

• Review product descriptions, prices, seller information, delivery estimates, and applicable policies before ordering.
• Provide accurate shipping, billing, and contact information.
• Pay the amount shown at checkout using an available payment method.
• Inspect delivered products within a reasonable time and use the return/refund process where eligible.
• Do not misuse chargebacks, returns, promotions, vouchers, or buyer-protection processes.

4. Selling on Economizer LLC

• List only products you are legally permitted to sell.
• Use accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, stock information, condition details, and delivery information.
• Fulfill accepted orders within the stated handling time and communicate material delays.
• Honor applicable return, refund, warranty, and consumer obligations.
• Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, search results, orders, or marketplace metrics.
• Protect customer information and use it only for legitimate transaction and service purposes.

5. Prohibited activity and products

Users must not use the marketplace for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or infringing activity. We may restrict or remove listings involving prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, regulated, or otherwise disallowed products where required by law or marketplace policy.

• Fraud, scams, false claims, or identity misuse.
• Malware, scraping, unauthorized access, or interference with marketplace systems.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or abusive communications.
• Intellectual-property infringement or counterfeit goods.
• Attempts to bypass marketplace controls for prohibited purposes.

6. Prices, payments, fees, and taxes

Prices, shipping charges, discounts, taxes, platform fees, seller fees, and other amounts applicable to a transaction should be shown or disclosed through the relevant listing, checkout, seller dashboard, agreement, or notice. Payment availability may depend on payment method, seller, location, or risk checks.

Users are responsible for taxes, duties, fees, or reporting obligations that legally apply to them unless Economizer LLC expressly states that a particular amount is collected or handled on their behalf.

7. Orders, cancellations, shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders may be accepted, rejected, cancelled, shipped, returned, replaced, or refunded according to product availability, payment status, seller obligations, Economizer LLC policies, and applicable law. 8. Reviews, listings, and user content

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including listings, reviews, images, messages, and profile information. By submitting content for marketplace use, you authorize Economizer LLC to host, display, process, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the marketplace, subject to applicable law.

Content must be truthful, relevant, non-infringing, and must not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, or malicious material.

9. Intellectual property

Economizer LLC branding, interface elements, software, designs, and original marketplace content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Users may not copy, misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit protected platform materials except where permitted by law or written authorization.

10. Account restrictions and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, where reasonably appropriate, remove content, place orders or payouts on review, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious fraud, safety risks, repeated violations, legal requirements, or attempts to evade enforcement may result in stronger action.

11. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the marketplace available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Availability may be affected by maintenance, service providers, connectivity, security events, legal requirements, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Product claims, warranties, and seller promises remain subject to the applicable listing, seller obligations, and law.

12. Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each user remains responsible for their own unlawful acts, breaches, misrepresentations, and misuse of the marketplace. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect marketplace changes, new services, security needs, or legal requirements. Updated terms may be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.
