Economizer LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects customers, sellers, and other users to do the same.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers may only upload or use product names, photographs, descriptions, logos, trademarks, designs, videos, documents, and other material that they own, license, or are otherwise authorized to use. Counterfeit, misleading, pirated, or unauthorized content is not permitted.

Reporting a concern

A rights holder or authorized representative can contact manager@economizerllc.com. A useful report should identify the protected work or right, the marketplace listing or URL involved, the basis of the complaint, the reporting party's contact information, and supporting documentation where appropriate.

Review process

Reported content may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or removed while the complaint is assessed. We may request additional information from the reporter or seller where needed to understand the claim.

Repeat or serious violations

Accounts or seller activity may be restricted where repeated or serious intellectual-property violations are established or where continued access creates material marketplace risk.

Good-faith submissions

Reports and responses should be accurate and made in good faith. Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims or misleading counter-notices.
