Seller Agreement
Sell responsibly. Grow confidently.
This Seller Agreement sets out the core standards for merchants and individual sellers using Economizer LLC. It is designed to protect customers, support fair competition, and keep marketplace operations reliable.
Accurate listingsReliable fulfillmentFair selling1. Seller eligibility and account information
Sellers must provide accurate registration, identity, business, contact, payment, payout, tax, or verification information where requested. Economizer LLC may require additional verification before enabling listings, payouts, higher limits, or other seller features.
2. Listing standards
- Use accurate product titles, categories, descriptions, specifications, condition details, variations, images, prices, stock quantities, and shipping information.
- Do not use misleading images, hidden conditions, bait pricing, false brand claims, fake scarcity, or deceptive product attributes.
- Disclose material limitations, compatibility requirements, defects, customization terms, preorder status, or other information that could affect a buying decision.
- Maintain current inventory so customers are not repeatedly sold unavailable products.
3. Product legality and safety
Sellers may list only products they are legally permitted to sell and that comply with applicable safety, labeling, import, intellectual-property, and marketplace requirements. Economizer LLC may remove or restrict prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, infringing, recalled, regulated, or otherwise disallowed products.
4. Pricing, promotions, and fees
Sellers are responsible for setting accurate product prices and honoring valid marketplace orders at the confirmed price except where cancellation is permitted for genuine error, fraud risk, legal restrictions, or other approved reasons. Any marketplace commission, service fee, promotional charge, settlement adjustment, or other seller fee should be disclosed through the seller dashboard, plan, campaign, agreement, or applicable notice.
5. Order processing and fulfillment
- Review new orders promptly.
- Prepare the correct product and variation in acceptable condition.
- Package items safely and appropriately for transport.
- Dispatch within the handling time shown to the customer.
- Provide valid tracking or shipping information where required.
- Do not falsely mark an order as shipped or delivered.
- Communicate material delays, stock problems, or fulfillment issues promptly.
6. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes
Sellers must follow Economizer LLC’s applicable cancellation, return, refund, Buyer Protection, and dispute processes. A seller must not obstruct a valid return, require unreasonable off-platform steps, retaliate against a customer for a legitimate claim, or provide false evidence during an investigation.
7. Customer service and communications
Seller communications should be professional, relevant, and respectful. Customer contact information obtained through Economizer LLC may be used only as reasonably necessary for legitimate order fulfillment, service, support, and legally permitted communications. Spam, harassment, threats, or misuse of customer data are prohibited.
8. Product authenticity and intellectual property
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products, brand claims, images, logos, descriptions, and other listing materials do not infringe third-party rights. Counterfeit products, unauthorized trademark use, pirated goods, or copied content may be removed and may result in seller restrictions.
9. Reviews and marketplace integrity
Sellers must not buy or fabricate reviews, offer improper incentives for misleading ratings, threaten customers over feedback, manipulate orders to improve metrics, create fake buyer accounts, or interfere with other sellers. Legitimate requests for honest reviews may be allowed where they follow marketplace rules.
10. Payouts, holds, and adjustments
Eligible seller proceeds may be paid according to the settlement schedule and payout method available to the seller. Payouts or balances may be adjusted, delayed, or placed on review where reasonably necessary for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud checks, account verification, legal requirements, negative balances, or other marketplace obligations.
11. Taxes and legal obligations
Each seller is responsible for understanding and meeting the registration, tax, invoicing, licensing, consumer, product, import/export, and reporting obligations that apply to their business or sales unless Economizer LLC expressly states that it handles a specific obligation on the seller’s behalf.
12. Account performance and enforcement
Economizer LLC may monitor seller performance indicators such as cancellations, late dispatch, customer complaints, policy violations, counterfeit reports, dispute outcomes, or fraud signals. Depending on severity and history, action may include warnings, listing removal, feature limits, payout review, temporary suspension, or account termination.
13. Seller responsibility
The seller remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, quality, authenticity, availability, and fulfillment of products they list, as well as their own representations and conduct. Nothing in this agreement removes obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Changes to this Seller Agreement
We may update seller rules as marketplace features, risk controls, fees, operating requirements, or legal obligations change. Updated terms may be posted in the marketplace or communicated through seller channels, with an effective date where appropriate.
